These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all products by Vanila Wholesalers Used Clothes. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Secondhand Condition: All items sold are used/secondhand. We strive to maintain "Grade A" quality standards; however, buyers acknowledge that slight variations in quality, wear, or minor imperfections are inherent to wholesale used clothing.
• • No Warranties: Goods are sold "as is." We do not provide warranties regarding the lifespan or individual condition of items inside sealed bales or cartons.

Proforma Invoices: All orders are formalized via a Proforma Invoice. An order is only considered confirmed once full payment is received and reflected in our account.

Returns and Exchanges

No Returns: Given the wholesale nature of our business, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for bulk bales or cartons once they have left our premises.
• • Discrepancies: Should you receive an incorrect product type (e.g., you ordered soccer shirts and received blazers), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will facilitate an exchange or store credit upon verification of the error.
Delivery and Risk
